I have so many images to blog!

This has been my busiest week so far this year! I had a session scheduled almost every day last week. Whew!

You probably recognize these kids from another blog post a couple months ago -- mom wanted more pictures of them with their other set of grandparents.

Don't let this serious expression fool you -- this little Miss is a stinker and full of laughs and mischief. She kept threatening to throw me into the lake!

And some from today. I fell in LOVE with these kids. They are so sweet. By the time I left they were blowing kisses to me and saying, "I love you!" How cool is that?! Definitely the best part of my job.

Best of the Best Awards - Charlotte Magazine

Every year Charlotte Magazine has the BOB (Best of the Best) Awards where they list the best of the best Charlotte has to offer in over 250 categories.

I was absolutely floored and stunned when they approached me to tell me that they wanted to name me as Charlotte's Best Children's Photographer. I've been in shock since they contacted me, especially since I've always been like Steve Martin's character in The Jerk -- ecstatic just to see my own name in print in the phonebook. ;)

As you can imagine, I am so overwhelmed and so honored and so thankful to have been mentioned among the best of the best!

I am so lucky...

And I'll tell you why. Because I get to photograph the coolest, craziest (ya know, in a good way) most fun (funnest?) families in Charlotte. Possibly the whole world.

These girls were a laugh a minute, their mom is expecting baby girl # 3 (isn't she the most gorgeous preggo you've ever seen?!) and as for the dad, well... sorry Ryan. You're way outnumbered now. Hee hee...

New website!

I am so excited! My new website has finally gone live! I still have a few things to do to it -- tweak the color scheme a bit, add a few more images and maybe some featured galleries, and choose some rockin' music that matches my style. But for now, it's up!
